We MFG Rubber Sheets in Natural,Synthetic Rubber ie Plain,Rubber, & Chequred of  8 ' X 4'¿¿ Upto 50mm Thickness . All Type of Molding Extrusion , Tyer Retreading Rubber Lining , Gasket , Rubber Flange And any other item as per Drawing .Our Rubber Manufacturing unit is Equipped with 35 Litter Needier16” X 40 “ Rubber Mill HYD Press of Size 8¿¿ X 4¿¿ , 36 “ X36 “ 30” X30” Extruder upto 3” Boiler Unit with Vulcanizing upto 3 ½ Meter Length X1 Meter dia.

MEW has been well and good Qualified manufacturer for Industrial Chimney, Storage tanks for chemicals, Resins, Petroleum Gel, Paints and DM Water piping components and dished ends. MEW has started regular boiler piping fabrication,

Tanks, vessels, Reactor, clamps, Dished ends & Mitrebends. We have been developed as a regular vendor by BGR Energy and Bhatiya Coke and Energy Ltd., Chennai.

MEW has fabricated and dispatched nearly 500 Storage Tanks, MEW has also formed nearly 150 dished ends for various customers in our Country, MEW has fabricated More than 6000 MT capacity during the last 25 years. MEW has also fabricated and dispatched nearly 200 MT of pipe lines and consisting of Miter bends, Reducers, TEEs, etc..

MEW have specialized in all type of cylindrical vertical tanks up to 10 meter height out 22 meter dia, and also industrial sheds up to 1 lakh Sq.ft and are equipped with crane for erection. Further since we are equipped with CRANE erection riggers we also undertake erection of machinery equipments, etc on turn – key basis. We can in event if require can undertake pipe line job, with suitable welder up to 6G welder.

At present we are machinery 113Kl vertical cylindrical tank 2 Nos to our client for Hosur i.e. manufacturing including pipe line connection and will do erection at client site at Hosur, which will be dispatched within a day or two. We are also supplies for spares of feed factories such as wear Resisting plates, Mother Plates, Tooth Rings, Branch Covers, Hammers Pallets for stocking, Pallet mill spares etc
